It is usually NOT possible to cut boards while you wait unless by PRIOR agreement. Please send us a cutting list and we will send you a quotation, a cutting plan and lead time.

Our CNC beam saws are only capable of processing rectangular components, for any items requiring angles we would process through the CNC or a mixture of the beam saws and then CNC, whichever is the most cost effectiove for you.

Squarng trims are purely dependant on the type of raw material, listed below is a rule of thumb.

Is there a charge for cutting?

Yes. Cutting charges are calculated based on the overall length cut, time needed to cut to given sizes, number of boards etc.

Please use cutting list tool on our website. This will help you choose the right board plus edging tape and help with grain direction and which edges to edge. After you submit your Cut List we will optimise and provide you with a quote, cut plan and lead time.

We use circular saw blades with a kerf of 4.8mm -Of course the saw kerf will always be taken into account in any optimisation.
