Our cutting service is supported by one of the UK's largest stocks of wood - based sheet materials including MDF, Plywood, Chipboard, Valchromat®, Tricoya® and many others, all available immediately from stock.

Shaping Up
Our CNC routing service offers a 2D, 3 axis machine with a 3050 × 1525mm and 2440 × 1220mm bed. This means we have the capacity to handle a wide variety of cutting and design projects including:

2D
Shapes, circles, ellipses, polygons, ribs, frames, holes, slots, ploughs, rebates, pockets, blind holes, face drilling, roundovers, slatwall, fretwork, engraving and door face detail (raised & fielded panels). Up to 50mm thick.

Lettering & Logos
Logos, designs, names, individual lettering or numbering on components - if you can think of it, CNC can machine it!

Get creative
We accept a selection of file types (CAD, DXF, DWG, IGES) together with technical drawings and dimensional sketches for input into Alphacam.
